Tata Communications, a leading global communications technology company, has been chosen to deliver a major digital infrastructure project for the Goods and Services Tax Appellate Tribunal (GSTAT), set up by India’s Ministry of Finance. This multi-crore project marks another milestone for Tata Communications as a trusted partner for critical national initiatives.
GSTAT, which handles disputes related to GST, has its principal bench in New Delhi and 31 state benches across India. The new initiative aims to simplify operations, reduce legal friction, and boost investor confidence in the GST system.
Under this project, Tata Communications will set up a secure, scalable, and intelligent digital network covering LAN, WAN, SDWAN, cloud services, video conferencing, and advanced security solutions. This infrastructure will make tribunal operations smoother and more efficient, with features like predictive analytics and AI-powered chatbots, creating a resilient and future-ready digital ecosystem.
