Talbros Automotive Components Limited (TACL), along with its joint ventures, has announced the acquisition of orders worth approximately ₹475 crore from leading Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) in both domestic and export markets. These orders are slated for execution over the next five years and span the company’s entire product portfolio, including gaskets, heat shields, forging components, chassis, and hoses.
Key Highlights of the Orders:
- Sealing Business (Gaskets and Heat Shields):
- Orders worth ₹345 crore received, including ₹131 crore for exports, primarily to Europe.
- The heat shield segment accounts for ₹245 crore, while the gasket division contributes ₹100 crore.
- By increasing exports to Europe, a market known for specialized auto components, Talbros aims to boost its market share and improve margins.
- Chassis Components:
- The JV with Marelli Talbros Chassis Systems secured orders worth ₹35 crore.
- Forging Business:
- Orders worth ₹23 crore, with ₹14 crore allocated for exports.
- Rubber Products (Hoses and Anti-Vibration Systems):
- Talbros Marugo Rubber, a JV, secured orders worth ₹70 crore from a leading Indian passenger vehicle OEM.
- Commercialization of these products is expected to begin in FY26.
