Talbros Automotive Components Limited (TACL), along with its joint venture partners, has secured fresh orders worth over ₹1,000 crore from leading original equipment manufacturers across domestic and export markets. These orders will be executed over the next five years, with commercialisation of the products expected to begin from FY27, providing long-term revenue visibility for the company.
The newly secured order book spans all major product lines, including gaskets, heat shields, forging components, hoses, anti-vibration parts, and chassis components. This wide coverage highlights the company’s diversified capabilities and its ability to cater to complex and evolving requirements of global automotive OEMs.
In the sealing business, which includes gaskets and heat shield products, TACL has secured orders worth around ₹250 crore. Nearly ₹110 crore of this value comes from export markets, reflecting rising international demand and the company’s strong positioning in high-precision sealing solutions.
The forgings segment has emerged as a key growth driver, with export orders of approximately ₹500 crore secured during the period. A significant share of these orders has come from a newly onboarded customer, a major European-based global automotive component supplier. This development marks an important step in strengthening TACL’s footprint in Europe, a region known for its stringent quality standards and intense competition.
Through its joint venture Marelli Talbros Chassis Systems, the company has secured export orders worth about ₹90 crore for body-in-white components. These orders are from a multinational automobile manufacturer producing luxury vehicles and SUVs and are aligned with the electric vehicle segment, underlining TACL’s growing exposure to EV-focused platforms.
On the domestic front, the joint venture Talbros Marugo Rubber has received orders worth nearly ₹170 crore for hoses and anti-vibration parts. These products play a critical role in enhancing vehicle performance, comfort, and durability, supporting steady demand from Indian OEMs.
