T.V. Today Network Limited has announced its decision to sell its FM Radio Broadcasting Operations to Creative Channel Advertising and Marketing Pvt. Ltd. The sale includes three FM radio stations in Mumbai, Delhi, and Kolkata operating at 104.8 FM.
As per the agreement, the sale will take place as a going concern, either directly or through its wholly owned subsidiary, Vibgyor Broadcasting Pvt. Ltd. The deal is valued at ₹20 crore, with ₹10 crore payable at the time of executing the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and the remaining ₹10 crore upon completion of regulatory approvals.
Additionally, T.V. Today Network has entered into an Advertising Sales Agreement with Creative Channel, granting them the right to market and sell airtime for the three radio stations. The transaction is expected to be completed by January 31, 2026, subject to approvals from the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting (MIB) and other regulatory bodies.
