Synergy Green Industries Limited reported a weak performance for the September quarter (Q2 FY26), with both revenue and profitability declining on a year-on-year basis. The company’s revenue from operations fell to ₹72 crore in Q2 FY26, down from ₹88.91 crore in the same quarter last year. Total income for the quarter stood at ₹74.37 crore, compared to ₹89 crore a year earlier.

The company also saw pressure on operating performance. Total expenses for the quarter came in at ₹71.03 crore, versus ₹82.77 crore in Q2 FY25. Despite the lower cost base, the decline in revenue affected profitability. Synergy Green reported a profit before tax of ₹3.34 crore, down from ₹6.23 crore in the corresponding period last year.

After accounting for tax expenses of ₹0.98 crore for the quarter, the company posted a net profit of ₹2.36 crore in Q2 FY26. This is lower than the ₹4.15 crore profit reported in Q2 FY25. Sequentially, profit also dropped from ₹3.37 crore in Q1 FY26.

For the half-year period ended September 2025, Synergy Green recorded total income of ₹159.75 crore, compared to ₹167.93 crore in the same period last year. Profit for the half year stood at ₹5.73 crore, down from ₹7.10 crore previously.
