Surya Roshni Limited announced today (July 23, 2025) that it has received a significant order worth approximately ₹74.78 crore (including GST) from a domestic entity, Construction & Infrastructure Development Co., for the supply of MS Spiral Coated Pipes.
According to the company’s regulatory filing, the order is to be executed within 24 weeks and will cover deliveries within Gujarat. The order is domestic in nature, and neither the promoters nor the promoter group have any interest in the awarding entity. This also does not qualify as a related-party transaction.
Surya Roshni, a leading player in steel pipes and lighting solutions, highlighted that the order strengthens its position in the infrastructure segment, particularly in Gujarat. The company assured that the transaction was secured on an arm’s length basis and complies with all applicable SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
The company informed the exchanges that the event took place at 12:50 PM on July 23, 2025.
