Supreme Infrastructure India Ltd. (SIIL) has added another significant project to its portfolio with the receipt of a Letter of Intent to handle the excavation and shore-piling works for the upcoming One Forest Avenue development in Powai. The contract, awarded by BSS Property Ventures Pvt Ltd and Rajeshwar Property Ventures Pvt Ltd—companies backed by the Sharma family alongside Brookfield Properties as the major stakeholder—is valued at ₹71.31 crore.

This latest win underscores SIIL’s growing influence in Mumbai’s infrastructure and specialised engineering space. The company has been consistently strengthening its presence across the metropolitan region, and this project further deepens its association with high-profile developers and globally recognised property groups.

One Forest Avenue’s location in Powai adds to the project’s prominence. The scope of work is extensive and technically demanding, involving the excavation of nearly 4.5 lakh cubic metres of soil and rock, including both weathered layers and hard strata. Along with this, the plan includes installing 300 mm diameter shore piles with an average depth of about 15 metres, supported by critical rock anchoring to ensure structural stability.
