Supreme Infrastructure India Ltd (SIIL) has announced that it has secured a Rs 71.31 crore contract for major excavation and shore piling works at One Forest Avenue, Powai, Mumbai. The disclosure was made to the stock exchanges under Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations.
The contract has been awarded by BSS Property Ventures Pvt Ltd and Rajeshwar Property Ventures Pvt Ltd, both promoted by the Sharma family, with Brookfield Properties as the major stakeholder. According to the filing, the awarded value of Rs 71.31 crore is exclusive of taxes.
Located in one of Mumbai’s prominent real-estate hubs, the project involves excavation in soil and rock (weathered and hard) of approximately 4,50,000 cubic metres, along with 300 mm diameter shore piling to an average depth of 15 metres, supported by rock anchoring. The total execution timeline for the project is 12 months.
The company stated that the contract represents the first phase of a larger development planned at the Powai site and further strengthens SIIL’s position in deep-excavation and geotechnical infrastructure. The management reiterated its commitment to delivering timely and technically sound construction solutions.
