Supreme Industries has received a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) for a repeat supply order of composite LPG cylinders. The order has been awarded through BPCL’s tender process and involves the supply of approximately 2,00,000 composite LPG cylinders of 10 kg capacity, with an estimated order value of around ₹54 crore.

As per the disclosure made under SEBI regulations, the contract covers the supply of 10.0 kg composite LPG cylinders and will be valid for a period of six months from the date of placement of the LOA. BPCL also retains the right to extend the contract for an additional period of up to six months at its sole discretion, depending on operational requirements and performance.

The order has been awarded by a domestic entity, and the nature of the contract is purely for the supply of composite LPG cylinders. Execution of the full order is expected to be completed within six months from the date of the LOA, in line with the agreed delivery schedule.

The total consideration for the contract is based on the supply of approximately 2,00,000 cylinders, with the overall value estimated at about ₹54 crore. The company has clarified that neither the promoter nor the promoter group has any interest in BPCL, and the order does not fall under related party transactions. The transaction has been confirmed to be conducted at arm’s length.
