The project, located near the airport, Western Express Highway, and Vile Parle Railway Station, is set to feature luxurious 2 and 3 BHK apartments.
The redevelopment project, with a Gross Development Value of ₹85 crores, is expected to significantly contribute to the area’s housing landscape, further enhancing the region’s real estate profile.
