Subex Limited, a Bengaluru-based telecom AI solutions provider, announced that a leading telecom operator in the Netherlands has selected it to deliver a single, converged platform for MVNO billing and wholesale partner settlement, marking a significant international win for the company.
The $6.62 million contract, spanning six years with an option for a two-year extension, will see Subex provide end-to-end managed services hosted from its UK data center. The deal extends Subex’s long-standing relationship with the operator, covering domains such as Routing, Interconnect, OTT, SMS, DCB, and Wholebuy Billing.
The Netherlands-based operator has a robust wholesale footprint, enabling multiple MVNOs to leverage high-speed mobile infrastructure. The engagement aims to consolidate wholesale products into a single billing, rating, and reporting platform, thereby improving efficiency, reducing costs, and maintaining 99% SLA compliance standards.
Commenting on the development, Nisha Dutt, Managing Director and CEO of Subex, said, “Wholesale monetization demands convergence, not complexity. With a single platform for MVNO billing and partner settlement delivered as managed services, we’re aligning technology, operations, and governance to accelerate time-to-value for one of the Netherlands’ most influential operators.”
Founded in 1994, Subex has over 300 installations across 100+ countries, offering solutions in Business Assurance, Fraud Management, and Partner Ecosystem Management, empowering telecom service providers to enhance efficiency, mitigate risk, and safeguard profitability.
