Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy Limited (SWREL) (BSE: 542760, NSE: SWSOLAR), one of India’s leading renewable EPC players, has announced that it has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) from a prominent private independent power producer (IPP).
The contract is for the Balance of System (BOS) EPC package to develop a 300 MW AC / 420 MWp DC solar PV project along with a 220/33 kV pooling substation in Rajasthan. The total order value stands at around ₹415 crore, inclusive of operations, maintenance, and taxes.
Commenting on the development, Mr. Chandra Kishore Thakur, Global CEO of Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy Group, said:
“We are excited to partner with a leading global renewable developer with ambitious domestic expansion plans. This marks our first order from the private IPP segment in this fiscal year. The order also reflects our strong execution track record, and with this win, our gross order inflows have already crossed ₹2,400 crore in FY25.”
