These zones will operate during regular branch working hours from Monday to Saturday. Each clinic will be staffed with a qualified doctor and a trained paramedic. Services will include general physician consultations, basic health assessments, and support for diagnosis and treatment planning.

For advanced care, specialist doctors will be accessible via telemedicine. The service will be available to the public and may be offered either free of cost or at a nominal charge.

Doc Kendra aims to provide a reliable point of care for individuals in the local community, offering basic healthcare services in a convenient and accessible setting. The initiative is designed to support timely health interventions and guide patients in managing their health conditions effectively.

This effort is part of Star Health’s broader goal to strengthen local healthcare infrastructure and improve health outcomes through accessible services.
