Saboo Sodium Chloro Limited’s associate company, Villashare Tech Private Limited, has entered into significant Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) worth ₹425 crore with the Government of Rajasthan under the “Rising Rajasthan 2024” summit. These MoUs are aimed at boosting the hospitality sector in the state through two landmark projects.
The first project involves the development of a 5-star resort in Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan, near the renowned Ranthambore National Park. With an estimated investment of ₹75 crore, the resort is projected to generate direct employment for 100 individuals and is slated for completion by 2026. This luxury retreat is expected to attract travelers visiting Ranthambore and its surrounding heritage sites.
The second initiative is the Crown Plaza Hotel in Sanganer, Jaipur, with an investment of ₹350 crore. This world-class hospitality project is envisioned to enhance Jaipur’s global tourism profile and provide employment for 200 people. It, too, is expected to be operational by 2026.
These initiatives signify Villashare Tech’s commitment to contributing to the sustainable development of Rajasthan’s hospitality sector, supported by the state’s proactive policies.
