Sun Pharma Advanced Research Company Ltd (SPARC) has notified the exchanges that its Board of Directors will meet on Monday, November 10, 2025, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025 .
The company also confirmed that its trading window, which was closed on October 1, 2025, will remain shut until 48 hours after the results are declared, in line with insider-trading regulations .
SPARC, the research-focused arm formerly spun out of Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, develops novel drugs and delivery systems and updates investors periodically through regulatory disclosures.
