Solex Energy Limited has secured a major work order from the group entities of the renowned Zelestra Group, a Spain-headquartered multinational operating in over 13 countries, including India, Spain, Italy, Chile, Peru, and the United States.
The order involves the manufacture and supply of N-Type TOPCon 615/620Wp Glass-to-Glass (G12R) Solar PV Modules worth ₹544.62 crore, inclusive of all duties and taxes.
The contract will be executed in phases, with deliveries scheduled by February 2026 and November 2026. The order has been awarded by domestic entities under the Zelestra Group, including Ganeko Six Energy Private Limited, Navia One Power Private Limited, Navia Two Power Private Limited, Navia Three Power Private Limited, and Ganeko Two Energy Private Limited.
Solex Energy has confirmed that neither the promoter group nor related companies have any interest in the entities awarding the order, and the transaction is not classified as a related party transaction.
