SML Mahindra reported a strong sales performance for January 2026, with total vehicle sales rising 30% year-on-year to 1,337 units, compared with 1,025 units sold in January 2025, according to a regulatory filing.
Cargo vehicle sales stood at 500 units in January 2026, marking a 31% increase from 383 units sold in the same month last year. Passenger vehicle sales also saw robust growth, rising 30% year-on-year to 837 units, compared with 642 units in January 2025.
On a cumulative basis, SML Mahindra’s total sales for the April–January period of FY26 increased 19% year-on-year to 12,672 units, compared with 10,618 units in the corresponding period of the previous financial year. Cargo vehicle sales for the period rose 37% to 4,320 units, while passenger vehicle sales increased 12% to 8,352 units.
The company disclosed the sales data under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, highlighting steady demand momentum across both cargo and passenger vehicle segments during the month.
