Siyaram Recycling Industries has informed stock exchanges that it has secured a domestic order worth Rs 1.43 crore from The Supreme Industries Ltd – Jalgaon (F), in line with the disclosure requirements under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 .
According to the company’s filing dated December 29, 2025, the order pertains to the supply of 1/2-inch Female Insert (New Modified) and Female Insert 112 CPVC / Aqua Topper components. The total value of the contract stands at Rs 1,43,36,410, and the order has been awarded on a fixed-cost basis.
The company clarified that the contract has been awarded by a domestic entity, with execution expected to be completed within six months from the date of award. Siyaram Recycling Industries stated that neither the promoter nor the promoter group has any interest in The Supreme Industries Ltd, and the transaction does not fall under related-party transactions.
In its disclosure, the company highlighted that the order aligns with its ongoing operations in recycled and polymer-based industrial components. The filing was signed by Bhavesh Ramgopal Maheshwari, Managing Director, and submitted to BSE Limited, where the company is listed under Scrip Code 544047.
The annexure attached to the filing further detailed that the contract size remains limited to the disclosed amount and does not include any contingent or variable considerations. The company also confirmed that all disclosures were made in accordance with the SEBI circular dated July 13, 2023, governing material event reporting.
This order adds to Siyaram Recycling Industries’ existing domestic order book and is expected to be executed within the stipulated timeline as per the agreement terms outlined in the exchange filing.
