Silver Touch Technologies Limited has secured a significant defence-sector mandate after being chosen as the Digital Transformation Partner for the Indian Navy under the prestigious IPADSV2 initiative. The development marks an important addition to the company’s mission-critical defence portfolio and is expected to improve long-term revenue visibility through sustained order book growth.

As part of the mandate, Silver Touch Technologies will design and implement an integrated digital transformation platform tailored to the operational needs of the Indian Navy. The solution is aimed at strengthening automation, enhancing operational efficiency, and enabling secure digital governance across naval establishments.

The platform will enable centralized personnel management while streamlining workflow-driven processes such as leave and travel authorisations. It will also support end-to-end asset lifecycle and inventory management, providing real-time management information systems and dashboard-based reporting to aid decision-making. Seamless integration with both internal and external Navy systems has been built into the architecture, along with role-based secure access controls, robust document management, and comprehensive audit trails. In addition, the system will feature compliance-ready logging and monitoring frameworks to meet stringent defence and regulatory requirements.

Built as a cloud-native and mobile-first solution, the platform is designed to support mission-critical naval operations while ensuring scalability and long-term efficiency. The implementation is expected to strengthen digital capabilities across the Navy’s operational and administrative functions, aligning with India’s broader push towards secure and resilient defence digitisation.
