Silver Touch Technologies Limited has secured a major statewide E-Governance contract from the Transport Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh, marking another milestone in its growing public sector portfolio.
Under the project, Silver Touch Technologies will implement an end-to-end digital solution for the supply, personalization, printing, dispatch, and delivery of Smart Card Driving Licences (SCDL) across Uttar Pradesh. The mandate also includes the development and maintenance of associated IT systems, application platforms, infrastructure deployment, and ongoing operations support, in line with the tender specifications.
The initiative is designed to support citizen services across all Regional Transport Office (RTO) and Assistant Regional Transport Office (ARTO) locations in the state. The solution will be built on a secure, scalable, and high-availability architecture to ensure seamless service delivery at scale. The project scope covers centralized smart card personalization and issuance, secure processing of citizen data, complete document lifecycle management, statewide logistics and delivery coordination, and continuous monitoring with audit-ready compliance mechanisms.
This engagement has been structured as a long-term contract, offering sustained execution visibility and predictable revenue flows over the contract tenure. The annuity-based nature of the project aligns well with Silver Touch Technologies’ strategic focus on mission-critical government programs and long-duration E-Governance implementations.
