Siemens Limited reported its financial results for the third quarter ended December 31, 2024, posting a consolidated revenue from operations of ₹3,587 crore, compared to ₹3,709 crore in the same period last year. The company’s total income stood at ₹3,759 crore, slightly lower than ₹3,871 crore reported in Q3 FY24.

The company’s total expenses in the quarter were ₹3,258 crore, compared to ₹3,319 crore in the previous year’s quarter. Major cost components included raw material consumption at ₹866 crore, purchases of stock-in-trade at ₹999 crore, and employee benefits expense at ₹405 crore.

Profit before tax from continuing operations stood at ₹500 crore, compared to ₹551 crore in Q3 FY24. After accounting for tax expenses of ₹129 crore, the company’s net profit from continuing operations came in at ₹372 crore, slightly lower than ₹411 crore in the year-ago period.

Additionally, Siemens reported a profit of ₹242 crore from discontinued operations, leading to a total net profit of ₹614 crore, up from ₹495 crore in Q3 FY24.

The company continues to focus on efficiency and cost optimization while maintaining a strong presence in the industrial and digital transformation sectors.
