Key management changes at Siemens

According to the filing, Dr. Shilpa Kabra Maheshwari ceased to be the Head – People & Organisation of the company with effect from the close of business hours on December 31, 2025, following her resignation.

Ms. Sabine Schneider has been appointed as the Head – People & Organisation, effective January 1, 2026.

Separately, Mr. Rajiv Suri ceased to be the Head – Environmental Health and Safety of the company with effect from the close of business hours on December 31, 2025. Ms. Sweta Praharaj has been appointed as the Head – Environmental Health and Safety, effective January 1, 2026.

Strategy and sustainability role elevated

Siemens also informed that the position of Head – Strategy & Sustainability has been categorised as part of the company’s Senior Management, effective January 1, 2026. The current Head of Strategy & Sustainability is Dr. Anantharaman Subramaniyan.

Resignation details

As per the annexure attached to the filing, Dr. Shilpa Kabra Maheshwari had tendered her resignation on November 13, 2025, stating her intention to pursue opportunities outside Siemens, and requested to be relieved at the close of business on December 31, 2025.
