Shree Refrigerations Limited (SRL) has announced a significant boost to its order book with fresh contracts worth ₹49.34 crore. The new orders further strengthen the company’s presence in delivering advanced HVAC and refrigeration solutions for naval platforms.

According to the company’s stock exchange filing, SRL has bagged multiple orders from Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited (MDL) and Material Organisation, Mumbai. These include:

  • ₹25.60 crore contract from MDL for the supply of B&D spares for AC Plants onboard P17A class ships.

  • ₹19.62 crore order from MDL for the supply of turnkey HVAC systems as per SOTR.

  • ₹4.12 crore order from Material Organisation, Mumbai for a Magnetic Bearing Compressor-based AC Plant.

Together, these contracts add up to ₹49.34 crore, enhancing SRL’s order pipeline.

This development comes soon after SRL’s landmark ₹106.62 crore contract awarded by Hindustan Shipyard Ltd (HSL) on August 25, 2025, for HVAC solutions across five Fleet Support Ships (FSS) of the Indian Navy.

As per regulatory disclosures, the ₹25.60 crore MDL contract will be executed within seven months from the date of purchase order. All contracts are purely domestic, and there are no related party transactions involved.
