Shree Refrigerations Limited has announced that it has bagged a significant supply order worth ₹106.62 crore from Hindustan Shipyard Limited, a Government of India undertaking under the Ministry of Defence. The order involves the supply of advanced HVAC systems for five Fleet Support Ships, strengthening the company’s footprint in the defence sector.

As per the disclosure filed under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, the project will be executed domestically, with a delivery timeline extending up to March 31, 2028. The scope of the contract covers the supply, application, and installation of HVAC systems as per the technical requirements outlined by Hindustan Shipyard Limited.

The company clarified that the order does not fall under related-party transactions, and neither the promoter group nor its affiliates hold any interest in the awarding entity.

Commenting on this milestone, the company highlighted that the deal reinforces its capabilities in delivering large-scale, mission-critical refrigeration and air-conditioning systems tailored for naval and defence applications.
