Shiv Texchem Limited has announced the execution of a contract agreement worth ₹9.02 crore for the supply of styrene monomer. The contract has been awarded by 3N Composite Products LLP/Orson Resins and Coatings, as per the company’s regulatory filing.
Contract details
The agreement, valued at ₹9,02,70,000, is set to be executed between July 2025 and December 2025. The order will be fulfilled at Kandla, and involves the domestic supply of styrene monomer.
The company clarified that the promoters or promoter group have no interest in the awarding entity, and the contract does not fall under related-party transactions.
