Shelter Pharma Limited has informed exchanges that it has secured an international export order worth $27,540 from Taha Drugs & Chemicals Co. Ltd, a Sudan-based pharmaceutical entity.
According to the regulatory filing, the order is for D3 Cure Capsules (3×10 packs) and has been awarded on a fixed-cost basis. The company expects to execute the order within two months, as disclosed under Regulation 30 of SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements .
The company clarified that the order has been received from an international entity and does not fall under related-party transactions. It also confirmed that neither the promoter nor promoter group has any interest in the awarding entity.
Shelter Pharma, which operates in the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical space, stated that the order aligns with its focus on expanding its international footprint and strengthening export-led revenues. The company highlighted its emphasis on research-driven nutraceutical products and adherence to quality and regulatory standards in overseas markets.
