Shashijit Infraprojects Limited has announced that it has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) from Dr. J. K. Raghuvanshi Hospital Private Limited for executing civil construction work for a new hospital project. The company notified the exchanges on November 27, 2025.
According to the disclosure submitted to BSE under Regulation 30, the contract is a domestic order and involves civil construction work to be completed within 8–10 months. The project value is estimated between Rs 2.25 crore and Rs 2.50 crore, excluding taxes, as detailed in Annexure A of the filing.
The company clarified that there is no promoter or related-party interest in the awarding entity, and the order does not fall under related-party transactions. Shashijit Infraprojects will execute the project as per the defined scope of work outlined in the LOI.
