Shalby Ltd., through its academic arm Shalby Academy, has announced a new partnership with Bhartiya Skill Development University (BSDU), Jaipur to jointly launch Bachelor of Vocation (B.Voc.) programs in Allied Health and Paramedic Skills.

Under the agreement, the institutions will offer B.Voc degrees in:

The programs will follow a Swiss Dual Learning Model with four days of clinical training at Shalby Hospitals and two days of academic learning at BSDU. This ensures an industry-aligned curriculum that blends classroom education with hands-on training.

Shalby Ltd. will provide students with real-world exposure at its state-of-the-art facilities in Jaipur. Additionally, top-performing students will receive preferential placement opportunities within the Shalby Hospital network, strengthening employability prospects.

This collaboration marks Shalby Academy’s 11th academic partnership in India and its second in Rajasthan, reinforcing its mission to develop industry-ready healthcare professionals.
