Shalby Limited, through its educational arm Shalby Academy, has entered into a strategic partnership with Shree Vaishnav Vidyapeeth Vishwavidyalaya (SVVV), Indore to launch undergraduate and postgraduate programs in healthcare and hospital management.
In a regulatory filing on July 8, 2025, under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the company announced that the collaboration aims to address the growing demand for qualified healthcare professionals by combining academic rigor with real-world experience.
Key highlights of the partnership:

SVVV will offer full-time BBA and MBA programs in Healthcare & Hospital Management at its Indore campus.

Admissions for the first batch will commence shortly.

Shalby will provide practical training to students at its hospitals in Indore and Jabalpur, integrating hands-on experience into the curriculum.

Top-performing students will receive preferential placement opportunities within the Shalby Hospital network.
 
This marks Shalby Academy’s 10th academic collaboration in India, and its first in Madhya Pradesh, underscoring its commitment to developing industry-ready healthcare professionals.
The MoU signing ceremony was attended by Shree Purushottamdas Pasari, Chancellor of SVVV, Prof. (Dr.) Yogesh C. Goswami, Vice Chancellor of SVVV, and Mr. Babu Thomas, Group CHRO of Shalby, along with other dignitaries.
The company noted that this initiative will play a key role in strengthening India’s healthcare workforce by blending academic and practical expertise.
