Shaan Jain has tendered her resignation as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Auro Laboratories Limited, effective December 18, 2024. In her resignation letter, she cited personal reasons as the cause, confirming that there are no other material reasons for her decision.
The company stated in its regulatory filing that Shaan Jain will also cease to hold the position of Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) under the Companies Act, 2013. Auro Laboratories is in the process of identifying a replacement and will notify the exchanges in due course.
