Servotech Renewable Power System Limited has announced that its subsidiary, Hertz and Pixelz Private Limited (formerly Techbec Green Energy Private Limited), has entered into an agreement to acquire the business operations of Hertz and Pixelz, a proprietorship concern.
Following the transaction, Servotech’s shareholding in its subsidiary will reduce from 100% to 51% on a fully diluted basis, once statutory and contractual formalities are completed.
According to the disclosure, the acquisition is valued at ₹12.45 crore and will be carried out through the issue of shares. The acquisition does not fall under related party transactions.
Hertz and Pixelz, incorporated in March 2016, operates in event management, equipment rentals, and experiential marketing services. The firm reported a turnover of ₹12.93 crore in FY 2024-25, ₹23.56 crore in FY 2023-24, and ₹22.55 crore in FY 2022-23.
Servotech stated that the acquisition will support its ongoing initiatives in sports and event management, where it already oversees multiple large-scale projects annually.
