SEPC Limited has announced that it has been awarded a significant purchase order by Gefos Solutions Private Limited for the supply of construction materials. The total value of the contract stands at Rs. 75,19,78,000 (Rupees Seventy-Five Crores Nineteen Lakhs and Seventy-Eight Thousand only). This project encompasses four infrastructure developments, primarily focusing on residential buildings.
The order is to be executed over a period of 8 to 9 months, highlighting SEPC Limited’s continued strength in delivering large-scale infrastructure solutions within stipulated timelines.
This contract was awarded by a domestic entity, and it involves the supply and delivery of construction materials across multiple project sites. SEPC Limited has confirmed that neither the promoter/promoter group nor its group companies have any interest in Gefos Solutions, ensuring that the transaction is not a related party transaction.
