SEAMEC Limited has announced that it has entered into a Bimco Charter Party agreement with HAL Offshore Limited for the charter hire of the vessel “MV GOODMAN”. The agreement, signed on 13th October 2025, is set to support operations at ONGC’s Mumbai High Offshore Oil Field for the NLM9 project.
The charter is for a firm period of 45 days, with an option to extend for an additional 45 days, giving the company flexibility in operational planning. The total contract value for the firm period is Rs. 6.3 crore, exclusive of GST, and the charter is scheduled to commence within the window period from 16th October 2025 to 31st October 2025.
As per SEAMEC’s disclosure under the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR), this transaction qualifies as a Related Party Transaction, given that HAL Offshore Limited is a promoter of SEAMEC Limited, holding a 70.77% stake in the company. The agreement has been executed at arm’s length and is part of SEAMEC’s normal course of business.
