Seamec Ltd has recently informed exchanges that the company bagged a contract worth USD 3.46 million with Mermaid Subsea Services for the charter hire of its vessel, SEAMEC SWORDFISH, for a period of 50 days. The vessel will operate in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the UAE. The contract is set to begin between December 16-23, 2024, with an option for extension under mutually agreed terms.
This contract is awarded by Mermaid Subsea Services, an international entity, in the normal course of SEAMEC Ltd’s business. The agreement does not involve any related party transactions, and the promoter group has no interest in the awarding entity.
In the meantime, Seamec shares opened at ₹1,119.35, reaching a high of ₹1,166.95 and a low of ₹1,109.20 today. The stock has a 52-week high of ₹1,669.95 and a low of ₹892.10.
