SEAMEC Limited has announced the award of a Letter of Award dated December 18, 2025, to Adsun Offshore Diving Contractors Pvt. Ltd. for providing specialised diving-related services onboard its vessel, SEAMEC III. The contract is linked to multiple offshore pipeline works for Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC), including the Part Replacement Pipeline Project, Pipeline Replacement Project – Group A (PRP-VIII A), and the DSF II Project.
The total lump-sum value of the contract is approximately USD 3.25 million, exclusive of GST. The order has been awarded to a domestic entity and will be executed over the working season of 2025–26.
Under the scope of work, Adsun Offshore Diving Contractors will carry out a range of offshore diving activities such as jacket face riser surveys, riser removal, installation of crossings, free span correction, and installation of bow string and clamps. These services are critical for the maintenance and replacement of offshore pipeline infrastructure associated with ONGC’s ongoing projects.
SEAMEC has clarified that neither the promoter nor the promoter group has any interest in the entity awarded the contract. The transaction does not fall under related party transactions.
