SBC Exports Limited has announced that it has received a work order from the Management Development Institute (MDI) Gurgaon for providing manpower services. The contract, awarded vide Work Order Reference No. MDI/Admin/498/2025, was disclosed by the company in an exchange filing dated December 12, 2025.
According to the filing, the contract will initially run for one year starting January 1, 2026, with the possibility of extension at MDI Gurgaon’s discretion, subject to satisfactory performance. SBC Exports will deploy trained, qualified, and experienced manpower as required by the institute at various locations across India.
The work order is valued at approximately Rs 3 crore and has been awarded by a domestic entity. The company clarified that neither its promoters nor promoter group have any interest in MDI Gurgaon, and the contract does not fall under related-party transactions.
SBC Exports stated that this update has been provided in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR).
