SBC Exports Limited announced it has secured a repeat export order valued at approximately ₹9.36 crore from Dubai-based M/s Gawgee Brothers Wholesalers Co. LLC. The order pertains to the supply of a wide range of garments, including T-shirts, trousers, and shorts.
As per the company’s regulatory filing dated March 24, 2025, this export deal marks a continuation of the strategic tie-up with Gawgee Brothers for supplying garments to their retail chain, ‘Day to Day’, a prominent retail brand in the UAE. The collaboration is expected to strengthen SBC Exports’ presence in international markets and contribute significantly to its top line.
The terms of the order include:
- Minimum shipment size of 20,000 pieces per delivery
- All payments to be received within 90 days from delivery
- All transactions in USD
- Insurance and freight to be borne by the buyer
- Contract to be executed over one year from March 23, 2025
The company confirmed that the order does not fall under related party transactions and the promoters have no interest in the awarding entity.
This international order aligns with SBC Exports’ vision to expand its global footprint and leverage high-growth overseas retail channels.
