Saurashtra Cement Ltd. has announced a temporary shutdown of the kiln at its Sidheegram cement plant for scheduled annual maintenance. The shutdown will last for approximately 15 days, starting today.
Despite the maintenance activity, the company has assured that cement and clinker dispatches will continue as usual, ensuring no disruption in supply to its customers and business partners. This planned maintenance is a routine measure aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, ensuring optimal performance, and maintaining the highest quality standards in cement production.
In the exchange filing, the company shared, “The kiln at the cement plant of your Company at Sidheegram is under shut down from today for the annual maintenance for almost next 15 days. However, the cement /clinker dispatches shall continue as usual.”
