Sanofi Consumer Healthcare India Limited announced on Friday, April 4, that two key senior executives will be stepping down from their roles in the coming weeks.
According to the company’s stock exchange filing, Ms. Maithilee Mistry, who currently serves as the Whole-time Director and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), has submitted her resignation to explore new opportunities outside the organization. Her resignation will be effective from the close of business hours on May 5, 2025.
Additionally, Mr. Rupendra Sachdev, Head of Commercial Operations and a designated Senior Management Personnel, has also decided to step down from his position to pursue entrepreneurial aspirations. His last working day with the company will be April 30, 2025.
The company acknowledged their contributions and extended best wishes for their future endeavors. Both resignations were officially received by the company at 12 noon on April 4, 2025, and have been disclosed in compliance with SEBI’s Regulation 30 requirements.
