Sanghvi Movers Limited has informed exchanges that its material subsidiary, Sangreen Future Renewables Private Limited, has received large work orders worth ₹428.72 crore from various domestic Independent Power Producers (IPPs), in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR Regulations.

The awarded contracts pertain to a 270.6 MW Wind Balance of Plant (BOP) project and cover end-to-end EPC execution. The scope of work includes construction of wind turbine generator (WTG) civil foundations, civil re-engineering where required, leasing and development of temporary pathways, development of internal pathways and external logistics roads, crane platforms and crane boom assembly areas.

The orders also involve inter-carting of WTGs from storage yards to installation locations, installation of WTGs, mechanical completion, pre-commissioning works, internal 33 kV line works, development of DP yards, and obtaining permits and approvals required for commissioning of the projects.

All contracts have been awarded by domestic entities. The company has clarified that neither the promoter nor the promoter group has any interest in the entities awarding the orders. The contracts do not fall under related party transactions.

Execution of the projects is scheduled to begin from Q3 of FY 2025-26 and is expected to be completed by Q1 of FY 2027-28. The aggregate order value stands at ₹428.72 crore.
