Key contract details

According to the company’s filing under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the order is domestic and classified as a repeat order, underscoring the client’s continued trust in Saatvik’s quality and execution standards. The project is scheduled to be completed by the end of December 2025, the company stated in its official disclosure.

Saatvik clarified that there is no promoter or group company interest in the entity awarding the order and that the transaction does not fall under related party transactions.
