RRP Defense Limited (formerly known as Euro Asia Exports Ltd) on Thursday announced its audited standalone financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The company posted a profit of ₹114.24 lakh for FY25, significantly higher than the ₹2.35 lakh reported in FY24.

Revenue from operations for FY25 stood at ₹1,044.75 lakh compared to ₹1,250.79 lakh a year ago. Total income came in at ₹1,045.25 lakh for FY25 while expenses were reduced to ₹887.11 lakh versus ₹1,246.93 lakh in the previous year, contributing to improved profitability.

During its board meeting, the company also approved the incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary named Paras Green UAV Pvt Ltd, with a proposed subscribed capital of ₹10 lakh. This subsidiary, a drone manufacturing company, is set to focus on aerial vehicles, drone leasing, and aerospace services. RRP Defense will acquire 100% ownership at ₹10 per share and aims to complete the incorporation by July 5, 2025.

Additionally, the board approved a promoter reclassification request for Mr. Naresh Kumar Chibba from promoter to public category and took note of a warning letter issued by BSE under SEBI’s disclosure norms.

RRP Defense also declared that its statutory auditors have issued an unmodified opinion on its audited financials.

The company operates in the defense and aerospace sector, and through the new subsidiary, plans to strengthen its presence in the fast-growing drone and UAV space.

The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 5:00 PM and concluded at 6:00 PM.

For FY25, earnings per share rose to ₹7.28 from ₹0.15 in FY24.
