Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd. (ROHL) has announced a new signing in Jabalpur, further strengthening its presence in Central India. The company will launch a 54-key Regenta Resort in partnership with Triumph Devcon & Trading Pvt. Ltd., under a management agreement.
The upcoming property is designed to serve both business and leisure travellers, featuring a multi-cuisine restaurant, bar, gym, spa, and swimming pool. For events and social gatherings, the resort will offer three banquet halls (7,000 sq. ft., 3,500 sq. ft., and 3,500 sq. ft.) along with two sprawling lawns spread over 40,000 sq. ft. These facilities make it well suited for destination weddings, corporate offsites, and large celebrations.
Strategically located just 5 km from Jabalpur railway station and 18 km from the airport, the resort also benefits from direct access to the national highway, ensuring convenience for travellers.
Jabalpur, known for attractions such as Dhuandhar Falls, Marble Rocks, and its cultural heritage, is fast emerging as a key growth hub in Central India. Improved infrastructure, better connectivity to major metros, and the city’s position as a defence and administrative centre are driving rising demand for quality hospitality.
By entering this market, ROHL is pursuing its asset-light expansion strategy, scaling up through management agreements while tapping into high-potential, underexplored destinations. The company is among the first national hotel chains to make a significant long-term bet on Jabalpur’s growing tourism and business ecosystem.
