Royal Orchid & Regenta Hotels Ltd. has announced the signing of a new leisure-focused property in Jodhpur, further expanding its footprint in culturally rich destinations across India. The upcoming Regenta Hotel, Jodhpur will be operated under a hotel management agreement, aligning with the group’s asset-light growth strategy while strengthening its presence in Rajasthan’s hospitality market.
The new property will be a 200-key, all-suite hotel located near the Jodhpur High Court at Shatabdi Circle on New Pali Road. Its strategic location offers convenient access to major commercial hubs as well as some of the city’s most popular heritage and leisure attractions. Spread across approximately 3,623 square metres, the hotel is being designed as a leisure-centric destination, catering to travellers seeking longer stays, spacious accommodations, and immersive experiences in the iconic Blue City.
Scheduled to open by December 2029, Regenta Hotel, Jodhpur is positioned to serve both leisure and events-driven demand. The hotel will feature extensive conference and banqueting infrastructure, making it suitable for destination weddings, celebrations, and premium corporate and social gatherings. Planned amenities include an all-day dining restaurant, a lobby bar, and a rooftop pool bar, offering guests a blend of comfort, relaxation, and curated dining experiences.
The project is being developed in partnership with Jodhana Real Home Private Limited and Shreeyukt. Along with spacious suite-style rooms, the property will focus on wellness-oriented amenities and thoughtfully designed event spaces. The banqueting facilities will include a large 6,000 sq. ft. banquet hall connected to a 4,000 sq. ft. open terrace, another 4,000 sq. ft. banquet hall, and three additional breakaway rooms of around 2,500 sq. ft. each. This combination is expected to make the hotel a preferred venue for weddings, destination events, and high-end social functions in Jodhpur.
