Route Mobile Limited has joined forces with Billeasy E Solutions Private Limited to revolutionize the ticketing experience for L&T Metro Rail Hyderabad Ltd commuters. This partnership leverages Rich Communication Services (RCS) and Google Wallet, enabling users to easily book and manage e-tickets from their mobile devices.
With this innovative solution, commuters can now skip long queues at ticket counters. By simply scanning a QR code and sending a ‘Hi’ via RCS messaging on Google Messages, users are guided through the ticket booking process, selecting their journey details and making secure payments through UPI. Once completed, tickets are automatically saved in Google Wallet for easy access during travel.
The integration of RCS messaging enhances the user experience with interactive features such as information cards, suggested replies and direct app integrations, all within the familiar Google Messages app.
