RMC Switchgears Limited has added another major project to its pipeline after receiving a Letter of Intent worth around ₹42.24 crore from Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Limited (RVPNL). This new order reinforces the company’s presence in India’s power infrastructure segment and is expected to give a healthy boost to its order book, revenue visibility and future growth momentum.
The LOI has been awarded for the construction of a new 132 kV Grid Sub-Station at Kalyanpur (Pachpadra) in Balotra district. The scope of work covers the complete setup of the sub-station along with associated transmission lines and bays. RMC Switchgears will be responsible for supplying all materials and equipment, executing civil and erection works, followed by testing and commissioning. The project comes under BN-9016002514 and will be executed on a Supply and ETC basis.
According to the company’s disclosure, the contract has been awarded by a domestic government entity, and there is no promoter or related-party interest involved. The entire project is expected to be completed within eighteen months.
RMC Switchgears highlighted that this LOI adds meaningful value to the company’s business pipeline and will support its growth trajectory in the coming quarters.
