RMC Switchgears Limited has announced that it has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) worth ₹59,12,44,356.07 from Jaipur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited (JVVNL). The project has been awarded under the Government’s Revamped Reforms-Based and Results-Linked Distribution Sector Scheme (RDSS) and is aimed at strengthening the power distribution network in Rajasthan.

According to the company’s filing with the stock exchange on September 17, 2025, the work relates to the development of distribution infrastructure for segregation of 11 KV mixed feeders at the Tonk Circle of Jaipur Discom in Rajasthan. The project will be executed on a turnkey basis.

The order comes with an execution timeline of 15 months, including survey and approval. With this LOI, RMC Switchgears’ order book gets a further boost, enhancing its revenue visibility and long-term growth outlook.

The company clarified that the order has been awarded by a domestic entity and does not involve any related party transactions.

This development marks another milestone for RMC Switchgears, which continues to strengthen its position in the power distribution infrastructure segment.
