Reliance Consumer Products Limited, the fast-growing FMCG arm of Reliance Industries Limited, has acquired a majority stake in Australia-based Goodness Group Global Pty. Ltd. (GGG). The strategic acquisition marks RCPL’s formal entry into the Australian consumer goods market and reinforces its stated vision of delivering global-quality products at affordable prices.

The deal represents a significant milestone in RCPL’s international expansion journey and strengthens its focus on health-oriented beverages. Under the strategic partnership, RCPL will support the expansion of Goodness Group Global’s flagship “Better-For-You” beverage brands, including Nexba and PACE, into new markets such as India.

PACE is a premium hydration brand co-created with Australian cricket captain Pat Cummins and has gained popularity for its clean-label positioning. Nexba, meanwhile, is widely recognised in Australia for its gut-health beverages made using Goodsweet®, a proprietary all-natural, plant-based zero-calorie sweetener developed by Goodness Group Global.

Sydney-headquartered Goodness Group Global is a well-established player in Australia’s health beverage segment, with a presence across Australia and 21 international markets. The company is driven by its core philosophy of offering healthier, better-for-you beverage alternatives without compromising on taste or quality.

Beyond Nexba and PACE, Goodness Group Global’s portfolio includes BISON, a light and refreshing protein-based beverage, and GOOD BREKKIE, which offers nutritious liquid breakfast options designed for modern, on-the-go consumers.

For RCPL, the acquisition aligns with its broader strategy of building a strong health-focused beverage portfolio. The company already markets a range of products such as RasKik and Sun Crush juices, zero-sugar carbonated soft drinks, and the herbal-natural beverage brand Shunya. Internationally, RCPL has expanded its footprint across markets including the UAE, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Nepal and Sri Lanka.
