Refex Industries Limited (RIL) has received a new business order related to the transportation of pond ash for National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) road projects, as per its latest regulatory disclosure. The development adds fresh revenue visibility for the company over the near term.
According to the information shared, the order has been awarded by a major public sector power producer, making it a domestic contract. The scope of work involves the transportation of pond ash from power plants to NHAI road construction projects, supporting the reuse of industrial by-products in large-scale infrastructure development.
The total value of the contract is approximately INR 27.50 crore. The execution period for the order is four months, indicating a relatively quick turnaround and timely revenue recognition for Refex Industries.
The company has clarified that the transaction does not involve any related party arrangements. It has also confirmed that neither the promoter nor the promoter group has any interest in the entity awarding the contract
