Refex Industries Limited has announced that it has secured a fresh order from a prominent State GENCO for the transportation of pond and fly ash to an NHAI road project. The company shared this update in line with the requirements of Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, along with the details prescribed under the SEBI Master Circular.

According to the disclosure, the order involves the supply and transportation of pond and fly ash meant for use in a National Highways Authority of India road development project. This assignment has been awarded by a domestic government-owned power generating company, reaffirming Refex Industries’ strong presence in ash handling and environmental management services.

The execution timeline for this project has been set at four months, with the total contract value estimated at around ₹16.56 crore. Refex Industries also confirmed that neither the promoter group nor any related group companies hold any interest in the awarding entity, and the order does not fall under related-party transactions.
